Rajesh has extensively worked as a management consultant and strategic advisor. He has handled several M&A deals, spanning across diverse industries and geographies. Prior to founding Alamak Capital, he spent over 25 years in leadership roles in finance with companies – Essar, United Colors of Benetton, Hutchison, Oxigen (Microsoft JV). He has served as an Independent Director on the board of listed/unlisted companies. He is a nominated member on the committees formed by IBBI, ICSI-RVO & ICAI.
 Rajesh is a fellow member of ICAI &ICSI, Insolvency Professional and Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets).
 Rajesh is a Rotarian and was Charter President of Rotary Club of Delhi-Manthan (2018-19) and CSR Chair for Rotary District 3011.

S.K. Gupta
Executive Director

S. K. Gupta carries an experience of 30+ years in senior positions in SBI. During his tenure he was closely associated with ICC, Paris and SWIFT. As part of corporate banking portfolio, he has handled diversified industries as a lender. He has been associated with FEDAI and RBI for drafting operational guidelines for all BANKS and other Authorised Dealers under Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999 to undertake day to day Foreign Exchange Transactions. Mr Gupta is accredited with M Com, LLB, CAIIB, EDP (IIM-L).

Sunil Kulkarni

Sunil has over 34 years of cross-industry experience in technology-led businesses. In his last assignment, he was the Joint Managing Director for Oxigen Services, a company he helped build over 15 years. Prior to that, Sunil had long stint with Siemens and Motorola driving marketing & business development in infrastructure business. Sunil is the CEO (Designate) of Business Correspondents Federation of India (BCFI) to transition BCFI to an SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization). He is also Strategic Advisor – Payments & Digital Banking to Fincare Small Finance Bank. Sunil is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Communication with Gold medal in 1986 from Jodhpur and completed his Management Education (1992-93) from IIM Ahmedabad.

Ajit Mathur

Ajit has over three decades of corporate experience in food, catering, hospitality, and engineering. He was MD India for Sky Gourmet Catering, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gate Group, Switzerland, global leader in airline catering. Earlier, he worked with the Taj Group, a Tata company, in senior positions spanning Operations, Business Development and Quality. His track record includes setting up, scaling, turning around and growing businesses.

Ajit holds a PhD in Services Management from Mumbai University, with post graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from NITIE, Mumbai and an Honors degree (Gold Medalist) in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Jaipur. He has been a guest faculty at IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Indore, TMTC and MDI.

Pawan Mehta

Pawan is a Chartered Accountant and carries an experience of over 25 years in senior positions with large organizations such as Sterling Cellular (JV of Essar, Swisscom & Hutch), Reliance Telecom & STEL. As CFO, he was instrumental in setting up JV between ABlnBev (the no 1 Beer Manufacturer in the world) and Jaipurias for manufacturing beer. His experience encompass a cross section of industries prominent among them are; media, telecom, trading and liquor. Pawan has demonstrated skills in developing business models for new industry segments, cost optimization, budgetary control & MIS framework. He has successfully arranged funding from banks/financial institutions on multiple occasions.

He has passed Limited Insolvency Exam conducted by Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India in June 2017 and is registered as an "Insolvency Professional" with IBBI. (a 100% subsidiary of California based US MNC). He headed India Finance function of VeriFone a global leader in automated payments solutions.

He has a proven track record of providing business-oriented thought leadership to finance function and partnering with Chairman/ MD/ CEOs for exponential growth of business. Leadership role in Finance, Taxation, Legal, Secretarial functions, International reporting requirements, ERP implementation, Creation of processes, systems and controls. He has been part of leadership team winning tender based business with Government and Public Sector (HPCL, SBI, IOCL, MTNL, BSNL, DTC, Railways and Defense).

NK Mansukhani - Director Banking & Treasury Services

NK Mansukhani has varied corporate experience of more than 4 decades in diverse sectors - education, foreign exchange, banking, insurance, travel and business consulting. He has been Director on the Board of Listed / unlisted companies. During 90s he setup money changing company demonstrating business skills and initiated money transfer services in India through large network of branches & franchisees. His banking career at Punjab National Bank includes international exposure at London and specialization in foreign exchange.

He is a postgraduate in Economics with CAIIB, PGDCA and passed Insurance Broker examination conducted by IRDA.
